1. Where are Nayfa products made?
Our candles are hand-poured and carefully assembled in Canada using thoughtfully sourced materials from trusted suppliers.
2. What ingredients do you use?
Our candles are made with natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and wooden wicks for a soft, elegant crackling burn. Each blend is phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and crafted in small batches.
3. How long do your candles burn?
Our candles burn for approximately 40 to 50 hours, depending on usage and care. For the best burn experience, allow the first burn to last 2 to 3 hours so the wax melts evenly to the edges of the vessel.
4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Europe and North America. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your destination and are calculated at checkout.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- North America: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over €150.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nayfascent.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the handmade and fragranced nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Are Nayfa candles safe for sensitive environments?
Our candles are made without parabens, sulfates, or harsh chemicals. However, sensitivity can vary from person to person. We recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated space, keeping the wick trimmed to approximately ¼ inch, and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.
10. Do you offer samples?
