1. Where are Nayfa Scents products made?

All our candles and fragrances are hand-poured and assembled in Canada, using carefully sourced materials from trusted suppliers.

2. What ingredients do you use?

Our candles are made with natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and wooden wicks for a soft, crackling burn. Each blend is phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and crafted in small batches.

3. How long do your candles burn?

On average, our candles burn for 40 to 50 hours. For best results, allow the first burn to last 2 to 3 hours so the wax melts evenly to the edges of the jar.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship to Canada, the United States, France, and selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region. You can view details at checkout.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes:

  • Canada and USA: 4 to 7 business days

  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days
    Please note that delays may occur due to customs or local carriers.

6. What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@nayfascents.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund the item based on the situation.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the handmade and scented nature of our products, we can only accept returns in cases of damage or defect. For more information, please review our Refund Policy.

8. Are Nayfa Scents candles safe for sensitive environments?

Yes. Our candles are made without parabens, sulfates, or harmful chemicals. We recommend always burning in a well-ventilated space and keeping the wick trimmed to ¼ inch.

9. Do you offer samples?
